    Please fix this error!!! Quarrymill on Ultros

    Date & Time: started on 06/07/17
    Frequency: constant
    World name: Ultros
    Character name: Celsa Selloana
    Class/Level: Puglist
    Party or solo: solo
    Area and coordinates: Quarrymill

    Steps:
    1. Log in get the red week connection circle. It is there every time i log in .
    2. I cant log out i have to force a log out by forcing the programe to close through the playstation 4 close application setting
    3. I can not leave quarrymill. I can not interact with anything. I can not teleport. The game then freezes and kicks me from the server.
    4. When this happens and i get onto the world after what i think is logging in the FC i am with does not show any details the character does not show any details no interaction is possible. I keep logging back in to see if its OK now and it is not. PLEASE fix this I have been paying my sub every month since 2015!

    Connection Specs
    - Type of internet connection/provider: Virginmedia. ( I checked the connection from them is strong using the LAN cable)
    - Modem maker/model number: Virgin Media Superhub
