Main Char Bugged, constant disconnect, Alt char function normal

Steps:
1. After running expert roulette I loaded back into Mor Dhona. Mounted my Chocobo and dc'd. Logged back in and dc symbol was there. Many hours later this is still happening. Cannot access FC menu, teleport, dismount, etc. Switched to my alt on Levi and she can do what she likes.
2. We have taken all steps listed in the support forum and customer service reporting. There is no issue with our network considering my partner, who is in the same room as me, is NOT having this issue! We are BOTH hardwired using Ethernet into a modem that is more than what is required for max speed.
3. Our ISP has no issue. This is your problem so please fix it. After the debacle of early access, this is ridiculous!

ADDITION: My partner ringed to my location in Mor Dhona at x:32 y:14. The same thing happened to him as well. Now he is locked in the DC vortex. So now neither of us can play the game we have paid for.

I have NEVER seen such crap as this Since DESTINY.....I would hope SE was better than BUNGIE/ACTIVISION!!
