Fly the Falcon Campaign Question

So I tried asking this in other Fly the Falcon related threads but received no answer. If I have a little over 30 days on my account on July 1st, do I just need to purchase a 60 day game time card in order to have the 90 days eligibility for the mount?

From the original posting about the campaign:

The number of days of subscription time added to your account, excluding free play periods, is how eligibility will be determined. This does not mean that 90 days must have elapsed to be eligible. For example, you can still obtain the mount if you purchase a 90-day subscription period on September 30, 2017.
If you have remaining subscription time that was purchased before the campaign period, or you have an active recurring subscription, we will calculate any remaining game time available as of Saturday, July 1, towards the campaign.

To me, that says any amount of time on a recurring payment will count towards it as long as it's in the period. And any remaining time(so if you bought a 180day sub the day before campaign began) will also count towards it.
