Housing items vanishing, "Popping" since the cap increase!

Steps:
1. Add a certain amount of items past what seems to be a limit? despite having character and object quantity set to maximum.
2. some furnishings and items "pop out" when you walk up to them rather than being able to see them from further away...
3. Because the housing item cap was raised this is now a bigger problem! raise the limit on how much furniture we can see in a small space if you're going to raise the furniture limit! we no longer have the limitation of potatoes/PS3!
