there have been plenty of console mmo since the ps2... And the hall of novice explains what each role does. there is 0 excuse, even for a new to mmo player to not know mmo terms. even solo rpg have tanks, healers and dps. final fantasy being a staple of that.

heck this my first mmo and even i knew what tank meant. my gf started playing mmo since ff11 on ps2 and she knew what tank meant.

why do ppl play mmo w.o a keyboard? this my first mmo and i got a wireless keyboard.

sorry but people should stop saying "ps4" as an excuse for poor attitudes. we suppose to do content as a team, which does include communication.

bots run with bots, as there is a high risk of being reported.

Aside from some points others have made: i.e a bot, cant see the chat, or is a ps4 player without a keyboard etc. Have any of us considered that this could possibly be one of our younger payers? We know the exist, and they play the game as well. Not making excuses for this person, but we should also consider that this may very well be a child as well. Just my 2 cents.
