1200 perception?

Is it possible to get 1200 perception without a bunch of advanced melding? Seems kinda out of reach atm.

Probably not even with food.

That being said if your aim is HQ for crafting current 1* star sets can be made even on NQ mats.

You can get to it with a lot of overmelding. You can also get it with a bit less melding and some cheap NQ food sold in Azim Steppe.

that is good to know I definitely missed that vendor the first time through! Having said that, I use the +GP food because +15% field mastery/sharp vision (II) is a million times better than a little bit of extra gathering/perception when it comes to collectibles, at least.

if you dont care about a specific amount of gp or gathering you might easily get it with only a very few overmelds

I managed 1168 Gathering, 1204 Perception, 722 GP with some midrange overmelds(3 tier IV overmelds nothing more expensive.) This is running HQ Jhammel Moussaka for 23/58 gather/perc.

The 22 GP over 700 is more useful than it sounds, as it allows an extra 2 of the rng HQ rolls every node. If you didn't go for this you'd save quite a bit on melds.

Unless you are a FSH, which gets 35 GP on Offhand
