Unable to proceed in the solo instance of The Interdimensional Rift

Every time I try to do the solo duty for Omega raid I disconnect once I get on the elevator.
Sometimes the elevator goes up and nothing happens and I'm stuck till the game kicks me,other times the screen goes black then comes back with the npcs walking forward but I get a DC symbol and nothing happens after this point and I have to wait a few mins for the game to kick me.

I've tried dozens of times but can not progress.

Same Issue.
Got as far as the 2nd platform then it kicks me to login.
Tried about 10 times but thats as far as it lets me, sometimes I don't even get off the initial spawn point.

Same issue. Though it's not limited to the instance. Just zoning to a different area anywhere in the game will 90k me too. On Ultros, connecting from Europe.

same issue. I guess there is no learning omega with a fresh group :/

Same issue, several tries and I constantly get the dc icon after the elevator, then 90k after a few moments.

Same issue for me and even DF in general, it seems to be related to people connecting from EU.

I am also having this issue.

Error 90002 during the elevator ride or shortly after reaching the second platform. Also connecting to Mateus from Europe.

Update: I managed to get through it eventually through sheer luck.

I'm having still the same problem, either get the d/c symbol as soon i get to the second floor, or just d/c when the group starts walking forward. Been like that since this morning, pretty frustrating since i want to unlock Omega -_-

I've been trying since morning. Its past midnight and I still cant go beyond the first elevator.

Is this being worked on? Any new info? Im having trouble with SB every week, im losing days of sub. Can you guys give us some kind of reply, please?
