Trapped in South Shroud unable to do anything

Date/time: 6/July/2017 from 2:15am GMT+1 to present
Frequency: This was a constant issue, it fixed when the GM moved me to another area but having reoccurred it is now constant again.
World name: Primal/Diabolos
Character name: Frood Saie
Party or solo: solo
Area and coordinates: South Shroud/Quarrymill
Steps:
1. I have become trapped in South Shroud. I can log in to the game but am unable to perform any action, or leave the area. It then disconnects me after a few minutes, returning me to the aetherite at Quarrymill.
2. I have tried walking to the next area but this just gives me the black loading screen before disconnecting me after the same few minutes, returning me to the Quarrymill aetherite when I log in again.
3. I contacted a GM past night who very kindly fixed the issue by moving me to another area. Unfortunately having gone back to South Shroud again the issue has occurred again in exactly the same manner. I contacted the GMs and they told me they couldn't move me again for fear of corrupting my character data.
4. Please help me as soon as you can, I am of very poor health and this game is something of a lifeline to me.

I have just tried the solution offered in the thread http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/334749 and it seems to have fixed the issue for me for now. Hopefully this will be the end of my problems, thank you for you time and particularly thank you to wonderful GM I spoke to last night and those on the bug fixing forums. I see a lot of people are rude on here and I just want you to know how much your help is appreciated.
