60-70 Crafter quests are uninspired

So after running a majority of the crafter class quests, I have to say whoever wrote these wanted to put me to sleep.
Summary:
Crp: take your clients needs into consideration
Arm:take your clients needs into consideration
Bsm: take your clients needs into consideration
GSM: sorta neat - teaching apprentices
Wvr: inspire confidence with clothes
Alc: sorta neat mystery
Ltw: havnt done yet
Cup: havnt done yet

For 60-70 I was expecting something for epic. Such as
Crp: rebuild a town
Arm: supply new armor for ala migans
Bsm: build weapons for a tourney
Gsm: pump up the school a bit


As it stands I barely read any of the text on any of these quests. Please SE do something more inspired.

they where already crap since HW lol or even ARR. cant remeber anything good. I skipped everything very soon.

The Beastman crafting was actually pretty good. Too bad it had to be based on daily quest. These quest aren't for everyone but I enjoyed them. Then again I like to read. Most people are picky, yet what did you expect it's a side job kind of deal and not many people play it for crafting.

Even in ARR there were only 1-3 good crafting quests, the rest were boring and this continued into HW... shame to hear that this is the same for Stormblood. Atleast SE is consistent.

I'd like to see a major patch (4.X) called "Rebuilding The Realm" that includes quest chains for each DoH and DoL job focused on one aspect or another of rebuilding some of the war torn or calamity worn areas. The WoL does great things on the field of battle. As a highly proficient crafter, the WoL should likewise be capable of great things on the shop floor of industry.

I second this statement.

Crafting jobs is one of the only jobs I never read.. sadly... i guess? I'm just not too interested in the story behind them.. I'm just here for the gil.

Frankly I was OVERJOYED I didn't have to spend my money to complete crafting quests this time around.. Thank goodness for that and bless the dev who brought up that idea in the round table.

I'm somewhat amused they still managed to flip the bird to WVR like always by requiring two synths for the Lv 70 as quest opposed to everyone else's one. It's not a hard synth of course, but it's the principle of it.

I didn't like CRP or BSM much, but they weren't terrible or anything. The rest were reasonably enjoyable. It was nice that we finally encountered some NPCs who, while not cruelly critical, were nonetheless not falling all over themselves to tell us how we're literally the best at everything ever. Instead they were like, "Ah, yes, I can see your talent. This is good work for someone who is so unfamiliar with this style of crafting," or the chef telling us that in a mere 10 years we'd know enough to call ourselves a master. Alchemy was neat in that it involved MSQ characters and actually advanced plots relevant to them. Also, I like the three expansion development arc with Blanstyr, personally.
