Unlocking Daily Hunts Quest

I used both quest and job jump potions. But I can't find the questline to open the Daily hunts (2.0 or 3.0) and the B Rank hunts. Is their an known issue with this or I'm I just missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmmm that's what happens when you use jump potions you miss out on exploration. Did you try searching for the quest in mayor cities for early ones? Is your company rank high enough? Did you meet al the requirements needed to unlock the quest? Quest potions will not unlock side quest ones that are needed. Just Job and main story. You still need to run around and do side ones if fame / rank isn't high enough you may not meet the qualifications for it.

Is it possible that one of the skip potions unlocked them for you? Go the the hunt board in ul dah and see if you can accept a bill of marks.

Unlocking the ARR hunt board requires reaching Second Lieutenant in your Grand Company for the quest "Let the Hunt Begin" to appear.
Unlocking Heavensward Hunts requires the ARR quest to be complete.
SB hunts require the Heavensward hunt quests to be complete.

Just do the quest "Let the hunt begin (Maelstrom|Twin Adder|Immortal Flames)". you can start it at Trachraet for Maelstrom, Scarlet for Adders or Mimio Mio for Flames. They are in or near your GC headquarters.
