Constant 90002 errors for non-american players on NA servers

Date & Time: Since the 4.01 patch maintenance (possibly earlier too), currently ongoing still.

Ive been having a similar issue. Not as severely as many of the people in this thread, but it is of the same category of issue.

Date & Time: Since 4.01 patch.
Frequency: Every 30 seconds to 5 minutes, I get given the "90002" error code, but this only occurs within Dungeons. All other gameplay functions as normal, including other instanced content such as PVP and housing. I can also teleport and interact with NPCs with no issue. Connection issues only begin when I enter dungeons, which is causing me to be barred from progressing in my Main Scenario Quest because its a dungeon-quest.

Date & Time: Since roughly 9.30am (GMT) this morning.
Frequency: Every single time I log in, I begin disconnecting immediately, but the time it takes to actually get a black screen and a disconnection error varies. As a result, I am trapped in Quarrymill, and cannot leave. No matter how far away I get from the aetheryte, whether I make it to a zone gate or simply somewhere else in the South Shroud, upon disconnecting and relogging, I will always be right back at that spot at the aetheryte where I started, with a disconnect indicator next to my name instantaneously.
