Learning should be mutually exclusive from Duty Complete in PF

So I want to learn new primals and stuff. Cool! Let's find a learning party in PF like a good player that doesn't feel confident they can hang with the cool kids!

Ah! Learning Susano! Let me just join them! Why can't I join? Your learning party requires Duty Complete?

Well, let's try another! Learning Lakshmi! ...Duty Complete required.

I don't understand this. Why can we choose both? Having both chosen just screams "I'm a leech and I have no idea what I'm doing so please do it for me."

If you want to learn, allow the rest of us to learn too. If you're on farm, go ahead with that duty complete! It just doesn't make sense to allow both together!

Reminds me of what happend in WoW during Wrath. We had this player looking for players so they could raid. This player asked others to have a certain Ilvl and proof that one has completed this raid. Here is the kicker, the player who is looking for more players has neither the ilvl that he is asking from others or have completed the raid himself.

In short, those type of players are probably looking to be carried, I would avoid those type of players. I would not be suprised if he/she has masterlooter on aswell.

You could also make your own PF for a true learning group.

i havent noticed that myself, but its utter bullsh.... needless to say.

Only thing i notice is how whenever I wanna join a farm party for either of those...I run into a lot of lootmaster parties. "FARM FOR MOUNT. LOOT IN ORDER OF JOINING"
And the worst part is that theres quite a few people joining those...........WHY?! Its the most obvious waste of time when you wanna farm the mount. Just think about how you sometimes go HOURS without a single mount drop.
And then youre the 4th person to join the party...or the last one. Why would you even do it? How many farming parties even last that long without anyone dropping out?

Haven't used PF in a while so I've a question regarding this: does ticking "Duty Complete" option NOT require a kill from the person who crated the PF? I was under the impression that it did...

That is an option, though I am a very impatient person to wait for my PF to get people. Not saying that's a good excuse though. I'd rather just join the one group that only needs a tank.

Nothing wrong with the Mount farm in join order. I ran a lot of these for the ponies from the Extreme Trials in ARR with success. I would stay and help until everyone got their mounts or until the majority of the group is ready to quit trying.

I dont really have to tell you how much of a difference it makes to compare this kind of farm in ARR to this kind of farm in SB, do I?
