It's pretty obvious English is his second language. His emphasis on payment for non-US players is a pretty good indicator.

So if there's still complaints even though there will be additional ways to pay for it when you actually have to begin paying and can easily switch your ways to pay (I swaped from direct CC to Crysta quite easily, actually)..I don't know what to say.
