Disconnecting immediately after login, stuck in Quarrymill

Class/Level: RDM 60
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: always
Area and coordinates:South Shroud, Quarrymill
Steps:
1. Logged in normally in my house in Mist
2. Teleported to Quarrymill
3. Character was invisible, couldnt interact with NPC then got 90002 error
4. Subsequent logins immediately show disconnection symbol, cannot teleport or return, can't mount or sprint, cannot interact with anything, if I try to leave the area on foot I get a black screen and a 90002 error
5. after a couple minutes I always get a 90002 error

I got stuck in Quarrymill aswell, exactly is happening the same to me. But i need to corroborate that in fact problem was in Quarrymill and teleport my other character there, so NOW both my characters are stuck in the same place. FRUSTRATING.

I tried everything I could think of, restarting game, resetting router, logging in from a friend's ps4, deleting local game and character data, even logging in with my phone as hotspot. It's still the same.

My friend tried asking a GM to move my character, but said the issue could not be resolved in-game and support is closed till tomorrow morning

Hello guys. Just letting you know that I was having the exact same problem and I fixed it by using my phone as a wireless hotspot and getting my character out of there. I can play now connecting to my router once again. So if you have a phone with 4G I suggest you to give it a try.

im getting the exact same problem on my main, i log in at quarrymill and instantly disconnect, yet i can log onto my alt in mist no problem, i messaged SE ingame and they told me to come to this forum =/

Hey, i just tried your advice & it worked so i was able to teleport out of Quarrymill, i have since switched back to my wi-fi & logged in & so far i haven't got a dc symbol or been 90k'd, thank you so much you're a genius! hopefully other people facing the same issue on other threads are able to find your advice & maybe it can help them too

I'm really sorry to hear that. Maybe if you could try using different phones... Ask a friend or someone from your family to lend you theirs for a minute. I really hope you can get it fixed.
