Renew Cancelled SE Account?

Greetings! I believe my sister may have cancelled her Square Enix account instead of her subscription to FFXIV when she took a break from the game. Now that she's wanting to return for Stormblood we're having some difficulty restoring her account. I can't find any email or phone number for Square Enix support. I was hoping someone here would be able to direct me to who I could talk to about renewing her account? Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Can you not log into mog station and check? All you had to do really was to remove your payment method.

If you've closed the SE mog station account, I don't think theres anything you can do to re-open a deleted account.

If she has indeed closed the mog station account, instead of cancelling the ffxiv service account, then shes out of luck... big time.

SE plainly states that when an account is closed in this fashion, that there is no way to recover. You will also permanently lose access to the game, and the game must be re-purchased and a new character must start from scratch.

1 (858) 790-7529 is the toll free customer support number but if mogstation account has been closed then there is no way to recover like above user stated.
