Is there a plan to change the Job Gauges to be more interesting for certain Jobs?

For example for Paladin the Oath Gauge is only used for two skills, with each costing half of the entire gauge but not really offering interesting gameplay. Sheltron doesn't have that big of an effect since it blocks only one attack, the blocking effect can happen naturally for the same amount of damage deduction, thus making the whole gauge seem uninteresting when used for Sheltron. Intervention is a stronger option, but is only really used during trials or raids since only the tank (paladin) should be getting hit during dungeons.

There is also a lack of offensive Oath Gauge usage, currently the Paladin is the only tank that does not have a charge ability like Onslaught (Warrior) or Plunge (Dark Knight), it would be an interesting option for the Paladin to have a dash ability such as a Shield Charge by using the Oath Gauge to close the gap to the target.
