With the release of Final Fantasy XIV's second expansion and introduction into the 4.x series, I feel it's appropriate to ask if there will be considerations of adjusting the character creation for an upcoming expansion in the next few years?

The character creation in FFXIV, while good, still has some flaws... Character customization is important to good chunk of people, and it really stems from character creation. While we're able to choose and create our own characters, there's a lot of limitations to how we can create those characters. Hair has always been a problem for me because there is a lack of hairstyles that I actually like the looks of, and while I know it's not possible, maybe to consider in the far future would be where players don't have to choose a single hairstyle, but can customize the front (bangs, etc) and back of the hairstyles...

Ultimately, what is the main factor to deciding to release two dps for the expansion, and will you be trying that again for future releases? The release of two dps classes caused a major upsurge in DPS queue times (that were already bad pre-Stormblood). The reason why this wasn't seen in the release of Heavensward was because there was a release of one of each type (tank, healer, and dps), so even though the tank and healer queues became a little longer, the balance of the release of three types didn't cause a major increase on queue times; whereas, in this expansion release, it became absolutely ridiculous (at least on the Aether data center).
