Do you plan on fixing the constant issue that isn't allowing players to play the game anymore, getting constant disconnect and unable to do any action in game?

Are there any plans for giving the 'option' for consolidating combo keys like in PvP? This would GREATLY increase my motivation to play with a controller or on console if I wanted. But right now, there's just too many buttons to switch between.

Will the minions feature ever be improved upon so we'll be able to have them out with our companions/mounts and inside dungeons? If them being clickable is a problem then can you make a toggle option to make them unclickable?

Could you elaborate on what will be happening with the Grand Companies, such as adding more ranks, more items to spend seals on, and more levels/uses for squadrons?

I know we just got inventory expansion (by 40 and 10 armory each) but is there any consideration of increasing retainer inventory or adding more free retainers to our sub? I dont want to pay more additional retainers, while the team is yet increasing the amount of new materials, tokens and new glamours.

Currently Astologian is an extremely strong job that, for some people, is starting to take the identity of the WHM and SCH. It can heal as much as WHM, and mitigate more than SCH, while offering extremely strong utility.
Are their any plans to try and reassure the identity of the two healers in this expansion?

please please! may we use disciple of war/land/magic/hand armors as glamours universally? like some of the new crafter items are super cute and casual and i really want that for my war/magic glamours ;;
i'm not asking for armors that are job-specific like artifact gear or ~maybe~ "fending/maiming/striking/etc" sets but if it just straight-up says "disciple of war/magic/land/hand" as the only restriction for who can equip the actual armor i would really love to be able to use it as glamour at least!! pls, you can not tell me you don't ever want to wear the twinsilk suspenders/serge poncho while wrecking baddies!!
(but also i'm over 9000 times awful with crafting/gathering bc it is so boring and pain-in-the-booty to me and i want it but can't have it~ not the special culinarian/weaver/etc sets but the !!! ones that any crafter/gatherer can use! !@!@!@ )

"serpentskin vest" is obviously for gatherers but any job whether war, magic, land, or hand can glamour it! same wif other older pieces like the tops that use the same design as the manderville top and bottoms just different colors ANDD the "archaeoeskin jackcoat of crafting/gathering" obv for crafters and gatherers but they are not restricted to just them to wear/glamour!

Dragoon needs some work. Can we keep our eye stacks even if BotD falls off? I barely get to use the new level 70 ability.

Could you please discuss your intentions with the changes to White Mage, especially regarding Plenary Indulgence and the Lily system. We waited for the expansion to be released as you requested and it does seem that the class is not as bad off as we thought and can manage fine. However, this is mostly because of balance changes and the new skills are as bad as we thought. Also, why were skills like repose and fluid aura (without damage) which are rarely useful kept, while useful skills like stoneskin were removed?

In comparison to the SCH and AST job mechanics, WHMs doesn't feel very thematic to the job.
SCH has fairy guage, AST has a Card gauge but WHM only has lilies and it doesn't really have anything to do with a WHM. It's simply cooldown reduction for you skills that doesn't have anything to do with what a WHM is.

Do you think you captured the essence of what a WHM is with lilies?
