    Re-balance Scholar

    Please re-balance Scholar. The changes have really made this job feel underwhelming.

    You've removed far too many DPS options but not effectively compensated with Healing abilities. So the job is worse-off in both regards.

    If you want players to focus more on healing when playing as Scholar, then don't make it less effective than the other 2 healing classes. Make Fey Union easy to use by having the fairy follow the party member that it's tethered to, rather than staying still. How many situations is a static fairy going to be useful when someone needs urgent healing - they are either trying to get away from mobs/enmity or it's the Tank moving in/out/around the Boss.

    Please also increase the time under Cleric Stance, as right now it's pretty pointless imho.

    I would like to applaud the Devs for the design of The Royal Menagerie enterance area, where you pick up the trial by the same name. The area is quite beautiful and detailed, my one disapointment is loosing access to the area once the final MSQ quest is complete. would it be posible to allow us to go back into this area after the final MSQ quest?

    it also seems like i'm not the only one that wants this as shown here

    After removing most of White Mage's support abilities and making them cross-role, many healers are now using a macro to cast Protect and then take a different ability instead for the rest of the dungeon, effectively giving them access to 6 cross role abilities during all content at the expense of extra button clutter. It's awkward to do this without a macro, and it's not fun to have to 'cheat' the system, but it's a logical way to treat long duration buffs as cross-role skills. I would prefer it if Protect was completely changed to a temporary buff (like the PVP version). Has that been considered? It would really help White Mages in pre-Stormblood content especially, as we have no shield capabilities at all now Stoneskin is gone.

    In addition, Scholar's Eye For An Eye has been put in the cross-role list yet it has synergy with Scholar specifically (Deployment Tactics) and is a signature Scholar ability in PVP. Do you plan to rework the healer cross-role abilities? There's a lot more shuffling needed with the healers than any other role, and I'm finding it tiresome.

    With PvP Rank being pointless now, there's no sense of progression. Are there plans to return any functionality to the Rank system?

    Would it be possible to raise the Centurio Seal cap a little? I think the NPCs are getting tired of me visiting their shops all of the time

    Gauge Bars

    I have not played every job so I am only commenting on my experience:

    Before 4.0, AST could remove/click off their royal road buff if they wanted to. Now they cannot. Furthermore, we cannot see what card is spread or royal road buff each AST currently has in the party. Are you reworking this?

    The BLM gauge bar needs a rework. The idea behind these new gauges were so we do not have to focus on our buff bar all of the time. However the BLM gauge bar does not reflect firestarter or thundercloud procs. Having to look at two different systems feels even worse than just the buff bar.

    Is your team reworking any or all job gauges based on player feedback?

    When your chocobo companion is summoned, you can't have minion out. This error occurs even in zones where your chocobo companion is not displayed (such as cities). Can we please make it so we don't have to withdraw our Chocobo to be able to summon a minion, at least in these areas if not everywhere?

    Similar vein - Can our minions stay visible/summoned when mounted? And once that is done, can minions which are capable of it continue to follow us when flying?
