Not sure if this has been asked already, but would be nice to implement the feature to be able to switch between jobs with your retainers with DoM/DoW at the usual fee of a job retainer soul instead of forcing you to grind it up from level 1.

Tank content difficulty
Many of the high end tank players find bosses don't hit hard enough. So I was wondering if a system could be implemented to scale bosses damage. E.g: Increase bosses Auto-attack and Tank buster damage based on average damage of the player first on the enmity list.

It is unfortunate to say that the current design of WAR and DRK are not helping levitate the problem of shortage of tanks in the community.
This is due to several problems ranging from clunkiness of WAR's gauge when switching stances to a number of problems with DRK such as weakness of defensive cool downs, over reliance on "The Blackest Night", spammy feel of the soul eater combo, and doing less dps while also bringing less utility than a PLD.
Does the team consider changes to bring the tanks in line defensively, and are they thinking about the dps to utility ratio of tanks? (the less utility on a job should mean higher dps)
Please look into this matter as it is currently exasperating the issue of lack of tanks as me and other friends have a difficulty enjoying WAR and DRK in their current state.
PLD currently has both a set of weaponskills for regular combos, and additional spells such as Flash, Clemency and Holy Spirit. Increasing Skill Speed, however, only affects our weapon skills, whilst Spell Speed is needed to reduce recast times on spells. As it is counter-intuitive to meld Spell Speed to a Tank, would it be possible to have our spells affected by Skill Speed?

Even though Miqo'te and Roegadyn NPCs can be often be seen in most places throughout the game, there are sadly very few in the entirety of the Main Story Questline throughout ARR all the way through to current Stormblood. The only Miqo'te that seem to have any sort of significance to any part of the MSQ are Y'shtola, M'naago, and J'rhoomale (the Ranger of Darkness), and Moenbryda, Merlwyb, and Biggs for the Roegadyn. Why is that, and are there any plans to add more NPCs of these two races to significant roles in the MSQ?

The barding on the merchant's chocobos in Ala Ghiri is very pretty! Is there any chance that it will be made available for players to use on their own chocobos at some point in the future?
