    Am also stuck... Standing in Front of Toto-Rak. Get kicked within 4 seconds. I would like to get out of this!! interestingly, my other char in Limsa is fine. But I want to play my healer, gd!
    I also have this issue since the last patch. Worked fine before.

    I managed to get out of Quarrymill!
    This only works on PS4 though!

    Set up internet connection like this:

    IP Address (set to automatic)
    -DHCP host name (set to Do Not Specify)
    -DNS Settings (set to Manual)
    -Primary: 8.8.8.8
    -Secondary: 8.8.4.4
    -MTU Settings 1470
    -Proxy (set to Do Not Use)

    I haven't done any dungeons yet but I could escape Quarryhell!
