As a side effect from the several instances, yes.
But like Fluffernuff said, this is how it's supposed to be, 1 instance for everyone.
Don't worry. There will be plenty of time for everyone to get a chance to get Ixion. Everything doesn't have to be farmed during the first 2 weeks.
Besides, I know several people that "rushed" MSQ (not rly) and still only have rewards enouth to justify 2-3 kills due to all the lag and disconnects during Ixion fight due to the mass of people.
I would be more worried about all the A/S rank hunts that has been spawning in all the instances, all the cracked clusters people have gathered thanks to it and can sell grade VI materia for a high price. You know... Because people got easy hundreds of thousands, if not millions of gil thanks to it.
I know there are people that dislike that aswell.

If people chose to spend their time in such a way and devote their efforts towards it, then yes? There's no need to be spiteful to those who took advantage of an opportunity you didn't. We're not even a month from the official launch.
14(18) days, guys. 2 weeks. Ixions been out for 2 weeks. It's not like the entire data center has their magical pony.
Do we really need or even WANT FATEs such as Ixion to be "irrelevant" sooner so there's less and less people even doing it in the first place? That's not going to help your chances at getting the horns you require.
It's not like people knew there was an Ixion mount when the expansion was released with a FATE.
No, we didn't. Does that give you leave to be spiteful towards those that found this information out earlier and dedicated their time towards earning it?
I believe that, yes, if you had such information, were level 70, had Lochs unlocked, and had the vendor.... then why is it such a bad thing that those players dedicated their efforts toward the mount? Because you or others didn't? When someone new get Ixion, are we supposed to brand them now?
If you chose to spend your time enjoying the content, if you weren't aware of a super FATE everyone was talking about, if you weren't enticed or were too unfortunate to never get the public information, then why am I some sort of villain for choosing to rob myself of those experiences in hopes for earning what I felt was a more satisfying payoff for my time?

Or maybe it just kept crashing the instance so it was pointless.I believe that, yes, if you had such information, were level 70, had Lochs unlocked, and had the vendor.... then why is it such a bad thing that those players dedicated their efforts toward the mount? And some people were busy doing real life even after the release of StormBlood. I had something else to do than camping it 'til 4-5am when I work the entire day.

And yet my point still stands. You almost act as if those with Ixion now haven't had to fight these same battles. Just because there were 3 instances? Ixion was still only in 1 instance at a time, and there were still mass D/Cs, there was still congestion, not everyone could get in.
What I fail to understand is why you, who don't have Ixion(not specifically YOU, mind), decide it is OK to attempt to undermine others' achievement and dedication. Under what authority can you undermine someone else's work? Because you haven't been able to see the same success?
I'm sorry. Choosing not to, or having the inability to, does not excuse the spiteful behavior. ESPECIALLY if that translates into ACTUAL harassment.
