Primal totems should be made into currency so they don't take up bag/retainer space

Including Shiva, the HW, and the SB primals, we now have 10 primal totems we need bag space for with more to come in the future.

I recognize Shiva's items aren't used for the mount, and HW birds drop quite frequently now, but anyone saving primal totems for any reason is using bag space for them when they could be placed in the currency window. I know you can throw them out and farm them up again later, but that seems a bit counter intuitive.
