They need their own sitcom, and throw in guest appearances from random dev members and not-as-well-known celebrities

Im pretty sure the main issue is they make one stat model for a primal weapon and then copy+paste it over all the other weapons.

WHICH IS TOTALLY DERP.

Each weapon should have different stats and bonuses depending on the weapon and class its meant for!

For tanks pug and mrd keep the acc+ and the hp restore on hit.
For lnc and arc maybe increase attack power and evasion!
For mages, give them stats up on either mnd or pie and some sort of Mp- cost on spells cast.
