    Steps:
    1. teleported to quarmill to go to palace of the dead
    2. character was invisible unable to do anything other than move around
    3. could not log out or exit game so i closed appliaction and relogged back in. after looging back in i was unable to do anything like teleport/mount or leave area. also had bad connection symbol
    4. restarted ps4, home router but problem was still there when logged back in
    5. logged onto my other character where everything was fine
    6. after coming back 6/7 hours later the problem was still there
