Disconecting right after login

So I login with my character and when it finist loading I get the DC icon can not do anything. I have been resseting my conection restarting the game and nothing, what going on? I see other people around my character moving etc... is this because of the DDos? Is it just me that i login and dc instantly?

ive been playing fine might have to contact support or post in the technical difficulties thread.. if you have another char test to see if it does it there too

I check alt and it login fine with no issues of dc, idk whats wrong am trying to contact support now.

Same thing is happening to me. after the loading screen I can see other characters, their skills and everything, but I'm unable to do anything, any interaction, action, teleport, etc. And after 2-3 minutes I get disconnected

Could be where you're login into(Kugan/Rhalgr's Reach) that might be causing it due to the congestion of those areas. But support should be able to give you a better idea as to why it's happening(also with the release of Omega today could be more people logging into those areas too having an effect on it)

Are you guys Europeans playing on NA server?

If you check the technical support forums it seems like very few of us EU-on-NA players can stay connected since they implemented their "anti-DDoS countermeasures". It looks like whatever they are doing to prevent the DDoS attack is blocking legitimate EU players too (Within 10 minutes of connecting you get kicked out; far sooner in busy instances)

Am in quarrymill stuck, customer service is on holiday. I just tried again and nothing still having the same issues :/.

Same, Quarrymill as well. Was working fine until I decided to port in this morning after patch to finish that level on my Rdm.
My alt in Yanxia, same server, has no issues, so I don't think it's a Eu to Na data center problem.

Quarrymill I can see having an issue considering it doesn't even load all the names of people due to the mass standing on top of the Palace NPC....a bunch of who aren't even queuing for anything, some AFK, and others just doing who knows what.

Personally, I try and log out somewhere I know won't be super congested when I get back on(housing wards, random sanctuary town out in the world, etc) just to cut down on load time, and chance of being disconnected(which rarely happens I find on PS4).

I ported in this morning to level in potd. It was right after patch, so a time with not too many people on and immediately the problems started. Can't open Fc, Ls, can't return or teleport, can't interact with npc, my Fc sees me as offline.
