    While I do agree that "midcore" content is somewhat lacking, I think that the general drop in EX primal difficulty this time around was intended to address that by moving EX primals from "hardcore" content to "midcore". Granted, that's kind of a lazy way out compared to making new content for "midcore" players, but let's wait and see how Omega Savage turns out. For all we know they nerfed Savage as well and are saving that rumored "Super Savage" fight for the "hardcore" players.

    If they follow the same ilvl formula they did for heavensward, then omega normal gives 320, new tome gives 330 and savage gives 340. Personally I'd like to see new tome give 320 gear(since you get it from easy 4 man dungeons). Kick difficulty of normal omega up a notch and give 330 then savage still give 340.

    You can be rewarded for the current difficulty - and demand more difficulty. But, you also want more rewards. But the true difficult raids, with rewards, are too difficult. The old ones have a good difficulty, but no rewards. Which you dont like.

    Again, you don't want more difficulty, you want more rewards, paired with a difficulty that you can handle, because you cant handle savage. Which is not something we need in the game.

You have turned this to a nice strawman where I somehow just want stuff, no, I want content, which automatically brings some sort of rewards, because content needs to be rewarding, be that through items or sometimes just fun, which the old primals both lack as I have said. There is a huge abundance of midcore content in this game.

    This kind of opinion is what kills games and what killed wow in the first place. No, if theres a inherent problem with how content is being delivered, we as a playerbase needs to voice out to get things changed.

    And back to OP's question even if they add a new layer of difficulty above savage, its just going to be the same arena the same boss model recycled with more mechanics and higher numbers.

    Because its always fun to see someone fly off Titan.

    That being said, not everything needs a reward. Even completion should be its own reward. They can only create so much content within a given amount of time. Yes, they could use more content for midcore players, I agree. But at the same time, what they have isnt too shabby if youre not against having fun with friends. My FC always finds a way to make things fun. Like naked drunk dungeons. That's ALWAYS a good time XP
