WHM needs either a DPS buff, or utility

Incredibly strong sustaining and bursting heals. Very good personal DPS, insane MP management, the ability to Raise people for free (can even Raise two for free with Swifcast and Presence of mind plus decent Spell Speed. But please Buff WHM and please give us more utility than being able to Raise people for nothing. K mate

Nearly every healer can do everything you just said. Even AST can raise for significantly reduced MP cost, and at a much quicker speed with Lightspeed.

Moreover, none of that sounds even close to a 40s AOE 10% dmg buff.
All you're saying is that WHM is "fine", which it is. But it's lacking something every other healer offers, and once SCH is back on their feet, the problem is going to be made extremely obvious.

All I would like to see, if the WHM build not be so dependant on RNG. I just did delta 1, the other whm in the pug had FOUR confession up and mine came up so infrequently, that i think i used it once the entire fight.

COnfession = rng
Cure 1, free cure 2 = rng
Lilies = rng

then there is the ALL LILIES used for a shield, that gains no additional power at 2-3 lilies.
