Minimum perception for yellow scrips?

I have been gathering for Yellow scrips with pure iLvl 200 blue gear. The standard rotations for the level 70 items (such as Raw Rhodenite) won't work, but it does work very well for Raw Imperial Jade.

I have pretty much scrip gear with s couple ironworks accessories. My gather/perception is only 866/849 with a GP of 645. I can gather the level 68 items fine and would like to upgrade to the new yellow scrip gear. I currently have 1250 yellow but am having trouble getting the Molybdenum Ore collectible. I believe that needs to be 450 collectability and have tried a number of rotations but they don't seem to work.

Any help on what rotation to use or what the minimum gather/perception/GP I would need to achieve these? If there is food that might help me achieve this please let me know.
