IF you even manage to get a hold of support you only get some unhelpful response like "post on the forum" or a computer generated reply.
Still no updates. It'll be super-duper bad if this is all just some ploy to get none NA players off the servers... Expecting more, "EU data centers are not experiencing this problem. If you transfer to a EU data center, you won't experience these issues. Sorry for the inconvenience." Because after all, the friends you've made on the server you've been on for years aren't your real friends anyway, riiiiight?![]()
Sincerely, someone who just wishes there would be something from SE to at least address this, or say they're working on it... Or hell, even noticed that it's happening. I thought theses forums were here to help bridge the gap between paying customer and customer service/Devs, not be a blank wall for us all to spend the time we can't get into the game we're paying for to talk to ourselves here instead.
having issues when logging into the game I'm stuck in quarrymill with a dc symbol the moment I log in has been on going for the last 5 hours or so. I'm a UK player playing on behemoth and have been for 3 or so years the issues have been getting worse since stormbloods launch and they need addressing.
The constant 90002 errors whilst I'm dungeons over the last few days have also been bad and making it difficult to do anything at all In game. From light pelican on behemoth
Day 2. Still stuck on Omega's solo instance. Still receiving the cold shoulder from customer support.

Ok, they want the EU players to go to the EU data centers...
But where do they want the south american players to go!!???
My main is currently trapped in Quarrymill, as soon as i login no matter how fast I /return or try to move away i get dc'd immediately. Had no problems in any other maps.
The least they could do would be to open a thread like they did for people stuck on Susano, so we could post our chars and have them moved.

Hey, I'm also from Puerto Rico with Liberty. On PS4 tho and been having same issue. Can't do dungeons, or duties, not even progress on a job quest or to unlock omega. Sucks really really bad. I get the d/c icon and/ or just the 90k error, can't do anything, but i see everyone move without problem, even the chat. Can't do anything, not even enjoy the new content. Keep getting the 90k's error and loose connection with the server, and my internet connection is working perfectly,already contacted my ISP, everything is ok on their end. And chat support keeps blaming the ISP...
