New Player - Job Level Boost

Hi there!

I am a new player in FF XIV.

I understand that I have to buy the job level boost and the MSQ completion to get directly to Stormblood.

The question is: I have two characters. If I purchase these items for one of my characters, can I enjoy A Realm Reborn and Heavensword's story with the other charater?

I want to discover all the secrets of Eorzea, but I would like to join to my friends in Stormblood too.

If i remember correct theres a book or something inside of the Inn and you can watch every cutscene from the MSQ
