The idea of having 3 different "instances" per area is ok as long as it allows people to travel freely among them. Currently, this is not the case. We can't choose which instance to land our feet when we teleport, and the only way to rectify this at the moment is to walk/fly to a different area, and then back. This design is undeniably problematic, because not every aetheryte crystal is standing next to a doorway leading to another area. Sometimes it takes up to 5 min to go back and forth an exit in order to get into the right instance. This is, in my opinion, not acceptable.

The worst nightmare about this, is when we travel as a party. Previously, when one person teleports to somewhere, the others can "tag along" with the teleportation. So the whole party can stay as one. Now, funny enough, everybody in the party would be scattered among the 3 instances randomly. This design is also, in my opinion, unacceptable.

I thought this is something very obvious, and would be fixed in 4.01. But I am not seeing anything about this in the prelim patch note. Can we please have this problem fixed asap?
