Did you want exactly 15 seconds or would the 5 second recast and 10 second duration of Sheltron suffice? True it only blocks one attack but it's been up every time I've wanted it so far.

Hmm doesn't have utility though. Like an intervention to damage taken by 10%, on a 10 second timer, with a duration of 6 seconds.

As far as sole survivor as mitigation... only if you have an add phase and usually there is some down time after the phase for heals to find you. If sole survivor worked more like blood weapon for hp/mp/blood I could agree.
