False there was a post on the forums a sch shield is still stronger without crit... ast is 140 potency with 250% shield base on the heal.... sch is 300 potency which gives a shield base on hp restored... and doubles when crit



Use ur atherflow stacks correctly depending on what mechanic is thrown at you.... that what they was designed for

Only diurnal is 140 potency.

Nocturnal aspected benefic is 230 heal potency. 200 base + 15% healing increase from nocturnal.

230 x 2.5 = 575. Therefore the Heal potency is 230 + 575 = 825 a cast compared to 600 from adlo.

A critlo is 900. Crit noct aspected benefic is 1238. Divine seal makes it scale higher.

Pretty much this. Plus you have to consider the lower cost and instant cast time of Aspected Benefic. Just to dispel some confusion, the 140 potency on Aspected Benefic is the regen portion of the spell under Diurnal Sect. The base healing on this spell is 200 for Diurnal Sect and 230 for Nocturnal Sect. Either way Astrologian's have strong, better, cheaper shields than Scholars have.
