    Yeah, I agree that aetherstacks being refreshed BESIDES fairy resummon is too much, to be honest, but at least calling fairy back onto the field (and maybe add a way for it to not completely reset the bloody gauge) I think is warranted. The skill as it is, and has been for the most part of its time of being in the game, is borderline useless

    EDIT: healing bonus is alright as is, I think... 50% seems a bit too much and unneeded, specially when healing skills using stacks are unaffected by it and the 30% more than make up for the absent free regen effect... I feel if all these changes were made to dissipation it would bring more balance issues rather than fix them tbh.

    EDIT 2: This would be even more interesting if Selene wasn't such a huge waste of MP and had more useful utility buffs - dissipation could be potentially used as a fairy swapping tool
