Title pretty much says all. The experience I have had with customer service has been extremely unhelpful in this regard. I'm a returning player. It's been about 2 years since I last played so a LOT has changed. I went to make a new character on the server Hyperion. Made my character and bought a boost. Consumed it and was ready to buy the story skip potion. My friend was trying to add me and we seemed to have problems doing so because it was saying my character didn't exist. I logged out to find that I wasn't on the server I originally chose, but was on one under it called Lamia.

I attempted to contact CS about them remove the boost from that character so I could use it on my 50 that could server change due to the 90 day restriction timer applied to new characters, but the first one was extremely rude and pretty much ended the live chat after the first question I asked. I called and was told to contact a in game GM.
