Remove boost restrictions

Title pretty much says all. The experience I have had with customer service has been extremely unhelpful in this regard. I'm a returning player. It's been about 2 years since I last played so a LOT has changed. I went to make a new character on the server Hyperion. Made my character and bought a boost. Consumed it and was ready to buy the story skip potion. My friend was trying to add me and we seemed to have problems doing so because it was saying my character didn't exist. I logged out to find that I wasn't on the server I originally chose, but was on one under it called Lamia.

I attempted to contact CS about them remove the boost from that character so I could use it on my 50 that could server change due to the 90 day restriction timer applied to new characters, but the first one was extremely rude and pretty much ended the live chat after the first question I asked. I called and was told to contact a in game GM.

No matter what I did, I couldn't get any type of help, so I pretty much gave them $25. I pressed no to the idiotic server recommendation that definitely shouldn't be popping up at the very end of character creation screens, so I don't understand how I got on Lamia, but not only did I get poor service, but they pretty much took my money since they seem extremely limited on what they can do if their game causes issues.

I'm spoiled by the amazing CS from Blizzard I suppose, but do be careful with the things you spend money on in this game. I can see I'm far from the first one that has had issues, but I just had to chalk it up to a loss and move on.

Isn't there a character creation restriction on Hyperion? You wouldn't have been able to select it which is why you never created on it, and instead Lamia.

No. It's a high pop, but players can still move to it and create characters. I transferred my level 50 to this server while 5 of my friends made new characters.
