    [EU/PAL] FFXIV: Stormblood PlayStation 4 Standard Edition (Physical Versions)

    Hello there!

    The issue regarding redeeming the codes on the physical versions of the Standard Edition of Stormblood for PS4 has now been resolved.

    Some of the players who bought the PS4 Standard Edition of Stormblood are experiencing issues when redeeming their game code on PSN. When redeeming the codes, they are displayed either invalid or as Early Access. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.
    • Players who haven’t redeemed their game code included in their game package by 17:00 (GMT)/18:00 (BST) on June 20th can do so via the usual process by following these instructions.
    • If you pre-ordered the game but did not redeem your early access code by 17:00 (GMT)/18:00 (BST) on June 20th, you will need to contact the Support Centre in order to obtain your early access bonuses. The game code included in your package will remain valid for the FFXIV: Stormblood entitlement.
    • If you redeemed your game code before 17:00 (GMT)/18:00 (BST) on June 20th and only received the Early Access entitlement, please contact the Support Centre to have the relevant entitlement added to your account via this form.

    Thanks for the update - I didn't pay it any mind when I entered my code tuesday afternoon and it just unlocked a license for early access. Just yesterday discovered that I now have no Stormblood license whatsoever. I hope I get the license back before I finish the post-heavensward patch content

    Tried redeeming my Promotional Code from a standard physical PS4 version today but it said the code was used so the issue is obviously not resolved. Maybe SE wanna make sure stuff are working correctly before saying they do, it really only creates more confusion. Hopefully my support-ticket will be dealt with swiftly. Also, why is there no live chat for support issues like these? I know it's been there before but it seems to be impossible to find nowadays.

    I have the same issue and have placed my ticket now waiting for an email. Will there be some form of compensation for players who this has happened to. I have paid my sub and bought a physical copy and am not able to play the expansion. I am having to wait in a que to play on the game I have paid for. Not acceptable

    My fiance is having an odd issue here too. She had the same problem because she ordered the PS4 Standard Edition and the "BUY" is still there on Mog Station, we put a ticket in and got an email saying they were going to send a new code but they still haven't and this was 2 weeks ago.

    We would like this resolved as soon as possible because she is worried that she will not be able to get the Falcon mount since Mog Station is not showing Stormblood as registered.
