About leveling event on new realms

Hi, im new to the game. Started playing 2 days ago.
So, when i was leveling someone told me about this event going on and since i didnt leveld too much, i started again, made a lancer on coeurl (i read somewhere this realm counts) but asking in the fc someone told me coeurl doesnt count as new realm and im not gonna get the 1 mill for reaching level 30. So, my questions are:

Is is true what this guy in my fc told me?
Wich realms are marked as new? (on the na side)
Am i gonna get something for leveling in coeurl?
Can i get rewards for transfering to a new realm?

The only new worlds are EU; Louisoix and Omega

If it's still preferred, then you should once you hit level 30.

That's only for transferring from a congested world to a preferred/new world.

This, however let me add tho, if you're planning on going the transfer route, which does nothing for you since you can get the 15 day subscription extension only once per account, you would also have to pay for your transfer and couldn't use the "free" transfer option, and you would receive a 3-4 day transfer lockout after this. Making it unable for you to return during that time. If Coeurl ever going to have a free transfer off and to applied in the near future, that lockout would be 90 days before you could return.

Here the Japan Data Center (JP), North American Data Center (NA) and European Data Center (EU) are actually the locations of the servers, and not in other games, based on the majority/average population of a server. What I am trying to say is this, if you're in the US, you might end up having a latency issue, after transferring to the EU data center, and this is the only data center that added new worlds. Now some people from the east coast are claiming their latency is much better playing on EU server then our NA server which was moved couple months ago to the West Coast of the US.

Regardless you might want to do some research before considering of transferring or creating a new/old character over to the EU data centers, if you're planning on getting the 1 million gil from the bonus initiative.
