Question about Titles

I went around and talked to all the NPCs and unlocked all my Achievements... but although I'm supposed to have "The Wild Thing" title unlocked the "Title" under attributes is still blacked out. Also, I made it onto the List of Weekly Heros and got the lodestone achievement which says I unlocked the title "Hero of the Immortal Flames". But again, title still blacked out.

Do I need to talk to another person to get titles made available?

Ah is it written there? Thanks, I did reread the notes but must have breezed over it again.

But for the Hero of the Immortal Flames one, is there even an NPC that handles that? (It doesn' show up ingame as an achievement under any category, or that I even received credit for it in game) Or is that just a lodestone thing that isn't actually reflected in game?

It's just a Lodestone thing. But hey, you may never know... They could add a title for that in the game one day...
