When are we going back to the original location up in Canada for Server Hosting?

Because for all this "more stable connection" and "More powerful servers" All I'm seeing are congested servers, 90k's going left and right. and a ping at least 100 points higher affecting everyone.

I understand with Stormblood being released, the servers are under higher than normal stress. But it was the same with Heavensward, and the first emergency maintenance after early access ended. We saw none of these issues.
