Im with you i love the new changes. THM is next for me because i love BLM nuker type classes. and the buff to thm makes me wee with joy!So far I have loved this change in dynamics. While it may be a little slow like some of you mentioned, i feel that the melee classes that i played so far (LNC and MRD) have a shit ton of things to think about and consider, moreso than they did before. It isn't so much the weapon skills combos but the stances, hate management, and meter management (hp,tp, and mp) that give the game depth.
THM is my next class i'll be climbing to 50 with. I know that's the most controversial class and probably what some of you guys say is true. That said hopefully the devs think about some of your comments carefully.

Honestly I like the new combat pace, and good dps can be churned out by the majority of the classes now. They're starting to find their niche, and I think Job introductions will solidify everything. However, as a note, I am very disappointed at the reduction to AoE that Marauder has received. The whole point of that class was to be an AoE hate machine, and with the loss of most AoE abilities & lengthy CD on existing ones, we're kinda pigeon-holed into doing a lot of single-target DD, and I'm very saddened by this. I agree Marauder needed a nerf to it's AoE, but not to have it basically taken away. Now we're stuck with Whirlwind on a lengthy timer & Overpower is only available if we're tanking, and that's not a real AoE but a conal attack.

I really think this patch did a good job on class balancing.
Even gld has some pretty impressive combo move for DD.
I tested my con magic att ability on Moogle battle, so is against L50-55 mobs, it's not too far off my full-geared THM. Certainly, these mages nuke is not over the DD since there is the mp problem. So, please go test and feel (/chuckle) the game. It's not the same I-can-just-stand-there-and-be-awesome game. You need to be more skillful to be awesome this time.

Also, we need to hang out more :P
To be honest, besides the slight decrease in Riot Blade damage, I've noticed an INCREASE in damage on my Gladiator. Where once I could do 1300+ damage Riot Blades at 3000 TP, I can now do a three hit combo ending in Goring Blade for around the same damage and 1/3rd of the TP cost.
You can't solo mobs lvl. 50-55 with thm period.
Thm is somehow usefull at parties. All other classes got buffed on both ends. Solo/party.
You guys saying that thm is the motherfucking god now are drunk. If you dont kill the enemies with your combo, prepare to run...

:O!
I killed lots (/chuckle) L50-54 mobs for my attack magic test. I don't even bust out my abilities yet cus it will ruin my test.
here is the list of stuffs I killed pretty much. some conclusion made in this thread at here if you wanna know
for most L50-52 and some L53, I can finish them with 1 sequence. I got 750ish exp. still left with unbroken stoneskin (for L50-52) and sometimes even full mp cus that give-you-mp-back-after-magic skill.
Edit: I'm not helping isn't it XD
oh hmm I'm actually agree thm is not over-powered

funny i was just soloing things on thm in natalan before the maintenance. so you want to try and say that again?

LOL's first thing I did is go out and solo Level 50 stuff on my THM and CNJ.... I have yet to die soloing since patch so not quite understanding why THM can't solo rank 50-55ish mobs. Maybe you were doing it wrong?
Oh boy... Try getting seals for your company with a time based system lvl 5 quest and then we talk about it.
