New update on this, I have 4 characters on one server and it is currently only my main affected by this. This makes the problem even more confusing but shows it's not to do with location.

Currently just outside Ul'dah in Central Thanalan, but I haved DCed in the Foundation and at Mor Dhona as well.

So when I mount up on other characters I send 1500 - 1700 to them and it's fine. However, on my main, I send up to 2700 and I get kicked.

just had a small talk with SE assistence and first of all they are still going on thinking thats DDoS

I really hope we won't have to transfer servers. Server transfering is not free, so we would have to pay for tHEIR mistakes. But worst of all, I would be forced to say goodbye to all the friends I have here.

Logged on tonight and was getting the same problem so I thought I'd try setting up a wireless hotspot from my phone just to get out of Quarry Mill. Weird thing is, it worked. So I'm out of Quarry Mill at least!

I hope Square fix this quickly, because I have been on that for about one day from now. Can't even play the game...
