How often does the issue occur? Anytime I do anything, talk with a NPC, start combat, use an item, change maps...

When did the issue start happening?: Since the Stormblood early launch

Frequency: Multiple times in a row to the point of unplayablty. Other times it might not happen at all or even once in a duty or solo duty.

How often does the issue occur?: 1d10 times per duty; never anywhere in the open world. Only the duty finder and doing solo duties.

When did the issue start happening?: 5/7/2017

Frequency: Anytime i do a Raid, Dungeon, and or Trial. Basically any Instanced activity. Also seems to be 90% worse in group activity, making it unplayable unless i want to mine and craft only, also quests are mostly doable but it does happen on them too.

How often does the issue occur?: Every time i enter instanced activity.

Steps: Queue for any instanced content, deliver any attack, teleport, or cast any spell results in a 90002 error disconnecting from the game. Am able to walk around, and chat.

Date/Time: July 4th
Frequency: Happened twice while in PVP today, once while in duty. Before last night maintenance it happened at least once per hour, sometimes I'll get kicked again as soon as I logged back in while in duty. It is worth mentioning that even if I don't get kicked I lag a lot. Everything freezes for a few secs.
Character Name/World: Same as forum
Location of your character: Currently in Lavender Beds, no issues there.
Steps: Issue only happens when joining any Duty. From dungeons to PVP. I have lots of lag/freezes while in duty and get kicked randomly (90001 or 90002).

I am not routed via level3.net and i had the same constant 90002 disconnects after the omega patch.

Ever since the July 6th maintenance I've been getting disconnected either during the loading screen or about 5ish seconds after loading into the game. It happens every time I try to get on without fail. It's happened both in Kugane and in Mist, since I was able to get in long enough once to get a teleport off before getting kicked.

I'm on the Sargantanas server and am located in the US, Georgia specifically.

No dcs at all so far which I'm pleased about but there is still a bit of latency since implementation of 4.01

How often does the issue occur? Whenever I cast anything. Magic, abilities, teleport, or even mount whistle.

Steps: Cast, get kicked.

Date/Time: Few times a day throughout.
When did the issue start happening? Early access(June 16th)
Frequency: 3-4 times throughout the afternoon until the evening which it subsides.
How often does the issue occur? Happens when I either enter a dungeon or a trial or when I load in and then it boots me out or when I leave.
