    What are the red Xs I see on a lot of the stuff in my inventory? Thank you.

    They signify that you're not able to equip those items if you don't meet class or level requirements. Optimal requirements will not have these "X"s on them

    They mean you cannot equip that item on your current class.

    Hmm. I switch to miner and look in my inventory and I look at Weathered Saw and it does not have the X. Please explain.

    Weapons are excluded because you use them to switch classes. Since you can actually equip the weathered saw because your CRP meets the requirements, it does not show the X.
