I'm leveling my Paladin currently, at 68, and I've made large pulls in every dungeon so far without issue. If for whatever reason a healer isn't able to keep me up (only one so far) then I'll just revert to smaller pulls for that particular healer. If you had to help keep a tank alive with vercure, then either the healer messed up, the tank wasn't using CDs/dodging AoEs, or both!
