AST could always extend the duration of buffs. That wasn't new.

And I'm not advocating for WHM, I'm just pointing out that Balance is ridiculous and is, ironically, impossible to balance in its current state. You were the one who is trying to come up with reason that it should be so strong, and I just countered it with something that goes against your logic.

If Balance can be strong because of RNG then so can PI.
