Are we able to solo the extreme ARR primals unsync'ed yet? xD Or the raids, for that matter? Can we even get into the raids unsyc'ed and solo (I've played MMOs where you had to be in a raid party, regardless of your level)?

ARR Primals you should Raids not 100% haven't tried but doubt it.

ARR ex primals as well as coil 1-5 were solo able and higher coils weren't an issue as a duo. That was to HW times at level 60, now with SB out all of that shouldn't be an issue, specially with the gear that's already way higher than prior.

TBH I only see possible issues soloing those if they have certain mechanics that require multiple ppl. Gaols with titan come to mind.

Just wait it out. It'll last until his stomps, about 3 in. We have enough health that it won't one shot us. The only real issues you run into soloing the ARR primals are:

You want a class with some sort of heal/sustain ability.
Insta-kill mechanics. Don't push Ifrit past the nails. Don't push Titans heart so hard that it dies during the Gaol phase or you'll go splat. Etc etc.

Some creativity is needed with some mechanics, but because of how much HP and defenses we have unsynced, a lot of the old stuff that was super dangerous is able to be flat out ignored.

Soloed Titan EX yesterday as a PLD (313) though I think it was done by a WAR back in Heavensward, it's good fun and I'd recommend to anyone. Gaols hit for about 13-16k and you have a chance to self heal before each phase. CD through mountain busters to reduce healing needed.

Attempted Garuda EX, failed 3 times. I couldn't get the adds dead before the check, as they become near invincible once they get close to 'Ruda. I got Sapurna down to about 15% and Chirada a bit less. I think you could do this if you had high burst to destroy the adds before they reach her but it would be difficult.

Incidentally, I also solo farmed T4 the other day (the earrings are super cute). I'll be doing some more soon so I'll get back to you guys

Just ignore the adds. First set of adds, just keep them all away from the rocks, and destroy feathers. Second set of adds, just run around the arena in circles not attacking. When Garuda and her adds port away, spin around and kill the Spiny to give yourself the bubble.

EDIT: Oh, and I should probably mention that you still want to stand behind the rocks when she does her big attack that wipes them out. She's actually pretty easy when you realize you can just ignore the sisters and wait 'em out.

Hiding behind rocks never has an effect on Aerial Blast, on any difficulty. It's based entirely on how many rocks survive to that point.
