Haven't received 1 Million Gil after hitting level 30 'Welcome Back to Stormblood'

Hello,
I submitted a GM report about my issue and they told me to also report this as a bug via the forums. I recently renewed my subscription because of the Stormblood hype and rolled a new character on the Coeurl server, as it is a 'Preferred' server in which I can obtain the 'Welcome Back to Stormblood' bonuses. Once I hit level 30 on 6/28 (Wed), I received my 15 free days game time, but I still haven't received the 1 Million Gil.

I was told to keep checking my mailbox but I haven't received any mail in-game whatsoever. My mailbox is also not full, as this is a new character. Please help!

[MistakeNot]

The 1 million gil is not a bonus you can get on preferred servers. It only applies for new characters on new worlds.
