How to Redeem

All O2 mobile customers who are registered for O2 priority can obtain promotional codes via the O2 Priority app. Details of the O2 Priority app can be found here.

You can redeem these codes via Mog Station to acquire the in-game items.

From Monday the 3rd of July 2017 to Monday the 10th of July 2017

Apparently it showed up earlier then was taken down. And it was for new accounts only, not existing players. This campaign has been an unmitigated disaster in Europe from day one.

Order a free pay and go SIM off of their website. It'll take 2 days max to come (the offer runs until next Monday). Just register the SIM when it comes and then sign up for O2 priority. You never even have to top the SIM up, so it's completely free.

Yea, order from the site.. not customer support. It take a couple of days to arrive. This is what I did (after customer support messed up 3 (yes 3) SIMS they sent me).

Now just waiting to see when/how the fix it.

Looking at the description it does not say anything about existing new customers or new accounts at all. It just says go to the app from Monday 3rd of July and redeem

I was actually looking forward to this , this morning and but there's nothing there.

Can a mod/admin clarify what is going on please. As we only have a week to redeem

Can confirm. Nothing showing at the moment. I really don't know what is going on with all these blunders happening one after another. Bad promotions with little to no thought put into them, and even the farce with SB codes not given to Amazon.co.uk in time (or was it another retailer? Either way)... What are you doing SE EU?

I tried it around 9am (UK) today, it just directed me to the Moogle Store to enter a code, yet no code was given. According to some Reddit posts this is a problem between O2 and SE, with a fix expected later today (soon(tm)?)
